    the hotel room was only half cleaned when we arrived in addition as soon as called the front desk it was taken care of.
    5 smiles Great for the $$$
    husband and made a weekend trip for birthday. the property was located near to the places we wanted to go (ybor city and busch gardens). When we arrived the desk clerk gave us a free upgrade to a suite to accomodate the need for a king size bed (instead of 2 doubles). the hotel room was spacious and spotless. We were pleased with the amenities: fridge, microwave, coffe maker, etc. The bed comfortable. All the help was attentive and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.
    4 smiles Worth Considering
    This hotel is under renovation. When it's completed it will be nice, in addition when we arrived it smelled like fresh paint and carpet glue. The manager was really nice. We looked at a renovated hotel room and it was nice--it was just a odor thing. When this is renovated, think it will be nice, and the manager was helpful to us.

  • stay away - Rooms were disgusting. was there two years ago and thought was getting a great deal, in addition this area is run down. the property needs an armed security guard at all times! wouldn't let bare feet . . .
  • Never Again!! - the hotel room smelled like pure cigarettes. The bathroom was filthy with mold in the shower and a ring around the toilet bowl. No house keeping to make the bed or bring towels. The sheets had stains . . .
  • Ok - it is always great to have enough towel for people . . .
